1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Kynova website or purchasing products from Kynova, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

These Terms should be read together with our Refund & Returns Policy and any other policies published on our website.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

Kynova reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information where necessary.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices may change from time to time. Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, or other fees will be displayed during the checkout process where applicable.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, Kynova reserves the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel the affected order. If payment has already been received for an affected order that is cancelled, the amount paid will be refunded.

4. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Kynova reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• Payment cannot be successfully verified or processed.

• A product is unavailable.

• An obvious pricing or product information error has occurred.

• Fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious activity is reasonably suspected.

• The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, Kynova will arrange an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers made available at checkout.

Kynova does not directly store your full payment card details.

An order will generally only be processed once successful payment has been received and verified.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Kynova ships products within South Africa.

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days, unless otherwise stated on the website or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery address, courier availability, public holidays, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, defective products, cancellations, and related matters are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, available on the Kynova website.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund & Returns Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights available to consumers under applicable South African law.
